Brand Designers design branding, promotional material (digital and paper), graphics, and merchandise while utilizing and expanding upon our current brand guides. As a brand designer in Sandbox, you’ll work with other brand designers, the head of brand, and the design directors to continuously promote Sandbox and improve its community outreach. Some examples of the work brand designers have done are the instagram posts, physical posters, newsletters, and club merchandise, presentation slides, and more.

Building a Better Recruitment Process

During recruiting, we strive to:

Commitment to Diversity

We are working to attract a more diverse group of applicants. To do this, we are connecting with various clubs and campus groups to make sure everyone in the Northeastern community has equal access to our opportunities. We will also collect demographic information to track our progress and see how effective our efforts are.

Our Recruitment Process

Submitting an Application

The first step is to fill out our application here. It is a chance for us to learn about you, your experience in brand design, and why you'd be a great addition to Sandbox. You will also be asked to submit your portfolio (website, Google Drive folder, etc).

Who we are looking for

Students of all skill levels have a place in Sandbox, and we want to make sure our recruiting process reflects that. We want someone who can effectively depict the Sandbox community online and create a series of designs under the Sandbox brand. We are also looking for people who are collaborative, especially when creating branding for a project team.
